An AI-assisted workflow to extract source-linked information from Procedure Qualification Records (PQRs), surface gaps, and prepare Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) drafts for engineer review.

Read the document. Keep the evidence.

Use document AI to extract material designations, heat or batch numbers and reported test information from material test certificates. Link suggested values back to the source and flag uncertain readings for review. Natural-language search would help teams find records with supporting references.

  • PDF intake and a side-by-side source review.
  • Reviewer-confirmed fields in a searchable archive.
  • Excel export and flags for missing or conflicting information.

Use AI to classify uploaded documents, suggest their sections and link related references across WPS/PQR files, material certificates and inspection reports. Generate draft section summaries and a document index for review before the final dossier is assembled.

  • Ordered sections, a table of contents and a combined PDF export.

Use AI to extract suggested fields and dates from welder qualification documents, attach source references and summarise records needing attention. People would verify extracted information before it is saved as a confirmed record.
